Balsamic Glazed Salmon




Ingredients:
4 salmon filets (6 oz each)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 rosemary sprigs
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
side item of your choice

Prep:

preheat oven to 200-250 degrees or so

-combine orange juice, balsamic, honey and rosemary to small mixing bowl



-place salmon on cutting board skin down
-oil, salt and pepper
-heat skillet on medium/high heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil
-place salmon in skillet flesh side down
-let cook until golden brown sear
-flip over and place in oven



-place balsamic mixture to a cold saute pan
-bring to a boil
-boil until thicker, remove rosemary
-add butter, let boil 1-2 minutes



-remove salmon from oven
-place on salad greens
-spoon balsamic glaze over salmon
