Soy on the Cob



Ingredients:

4 ears of corn
1 stick of butter
soy sauce

Prep:

-clean corn



-melt butter in microwave

-add equal amount soy sauce

-place two ears on square piece foil

-brush butter on both sides of corn

-fold foil until closed



-place corn on bottom rack

-turning every five minutes until slightly burnt

I never would have thought to add the soy sauce, but it sure sounds yummy. I will definitely be trying this!

ok so JUST bought 4 ears of corn at the store and i'm SO eager to try the soy sauce/butter combo on them!!
Also, I love your blog, seriously. I could stare and drool and stare some more. It's inspiring me to branch out of my routine get back to cooking new dishes for my family again!!
